Day 6

Standard

Breakfast

1. 1 cup of Fiber One  w/1 cup skim, rice or soy milk + 1 boiled egg + 1 grapefruit w/ honey + 1-2 cups Green tea

Mid morning snack

2. sliced banana w/ 2 tsp almond butter

Lunch

3. 1 small to medium baked potato topped w/ 1 can of tuna ( rinsed and drained) mixed w/ mustard and extra virgin olive oil + 3 cups mixed greens tossed w/ tomatoes, chopped olives, 1/4 cup kidney beans, black pepper and vinegar + 8-16 oz water or Crystal Light

Mid afternoon Snack

4. 1 apple or pear + green or oolong tea

Dinner

5. 4 oz baked chicken seasoned with herbs ( your choice) + 1 cup steamed squash, 1 cup steamed broccoli florets drizzled w/ lemon and EVO + 1 cup brown rice + 8-16 oz water or Crystal Light

Afternoon dinner snack

6. Oolong tea
