Day 1 Low-Fat Detox

Standard

Breakfast

1. A piece of whole grain bread toasted and covered w/1 tbsp nut butter + fresh fruit + green or oolong tea

Mid morning snack

2. 1 medium orange + 3 tbsp raw walnuts + 8-16 oz water or Crystal Light for flavor

Lunch

3. 4 oz skinless grilled chicken breast over 3 cups arugala, tossed with lemon and lime juice, 1 tbsp honey,  dried thyme, 2 chopped beets, canola oil + 1- pieces organic flatbread dipped in 2 tbsp hummus

Mid afternoon snack

4. 1-2 cups green or oolong tea + 1 apple + 1 oz reduced fat mozzarella string cheese + 8-16 oz water or Crystal Light for flavor

Dinner

5. 1.5 cups low sodium Healthy Choice soup + 2 cups steamed broccoli drizzle w/ 1 tbsp olive oil , balsamic vinegar and 2 tbsp shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese + 1 slice whole grain toast

After dinner snack

Green or oolong tea + 2 tbsp almonds
