Day 4: Low-ft detox

Standard

Breakfast

1. 1 cup whole grain cereal ( Fiber One) serve w/ 1 cup of fat-free milk or enriched  milk alternative  with fresh fruit   and 1 scoop flax seeds+ 1-2 cups green or oolong tea

Mid morning snack

2. 6 oz of plain low-fat Greek yogurt w/ 1 tbsp honey + 8-16 oz water or calorie free flavored water

Lunch

3. Shrimp or fish tacos: 6-8 cooked shrimp tossed with 1 tbsp canola oil, chopped scallions and pepper sauce in one bowl – chop one slice of avocado, 1 slice of tomato, and 2 sprigs of cilantro  and combine, squeeze  lime juice into mixture- warm 2 six-inch corn tortillas, place each mixture into tortilla and enjoy + 8-16 oz water or  calorie free flavored water

Mid afternoon snack

4. 6 pieces of dried apricot + green or oolong tea

Dinner

5. 2/3 cup Sweet potato mash: boil 1 small sweet potato and mash with cinnamon, topped with 4-6 oz of grilled wild salmon drizzled in lemon juice, olive oil and 1 tbsp capers + 1 cup steamed broccoli

After dinner snack

6. Green or oolong tea + 1 cup water-melon
