Sometimes, when life is showing you its dark side, it is easy to reach out for comfort through eating. Hello distraction aka pie! Obviously there is danger in that if what you reach out for isn’t good for you. I mean come on, ruining your figure and health isn’t giving the life the middle finger as much as it is giving YOURSELF one , right? In my humble opinion, the only way to show life who is boss is to really live it. Squeeze the juice out of it! Put the pie down and sign up for something new: a new class, a race, a hobby, a trip or whatever you’ve been procrastinating about. By the time you’re done, not only will you feel better but that smile on your face will surely distract from whatever ails you.
