If you were like me, you have been glued to the TV watching incessant storm coverage and eating shelf stable foods while doing it. What does that mean? Well in my case, less exercise and a whole lotta carbs. I have never been more eager to get moving than I am right now. Halloween and my birthday came and went in a swirl of Hurricane Sandy madness and now we are facing Thanksgiving gluttony on deck. To kick things off I plan on doing a whole, minimally processed food cleanse starting NOW. That means mostly raw food, if possibly, with minimal ingredients and recognizable in its original form. Although I generally eat this way I am human and sometimes fall off the wagon. Who wants to join the pledge to eat whole foods between every holiday party and gluttonous dinner this season?
